Free Functional Mobility Assessment

Service Description

We believe that unfortunately people are under-educated when it comes to their bodies. No classes in school teach how to understand and take care of our incredibly complex and subtle body. So we want to take an hour, with anybody who is interested, to start that process and give you some valuable feedback on HOW you body moves, WHY it moves that way and WHAT you can do to start improving your movement and wellness. The rest is up to you. Take the information home, to another trainer or train with us, whatever feels right to you. We find joy in knowing that you are one step closer to fully connecting to your body.
