Jonas is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Massage Therapist. He thoroughly understands the human movement system and uses his intuition, creativity and knowledge to get you connected to your body and exploring the limitations that brought you here in the first place. Let's rewire your brain away from old dysfunctional movement patterns so that you can move, train or compete again, in alignment, and with the confidence that pain is not something you have to endure, ever!
