This session blends therapeutic touch with Compassion Key to create a uniquely body-led experience. Instead of starting with talking or trying to figure out what’s “wrong,” we let your body reveal exactly where we need to go. As you settle into the table, your nervous system begins to soften. Through skilled, intuitive bodywork, we follow areas of tension, tightness, or subtle holding patterns—signs of old emotional imprints still living in the tissues, often without your awareness. When we land on a meaningful area, we pause. Together, we connect to the sensation, the emotion, or the feeling arising from that part of the body. This becomes the gateway into Compassion Key: a gentle process of offering pure compassion to the wounded part within you that created this pattern long ago. There is no analyzing, no digging, no reliving. Just presence, touch, and compassion. As the body receives attention and the inner part receives love, something begins to unwind. Muscles soften. Patterns loosen. The mind quiets. The body feels safer. Clients often describe a feeling of “melting,” emotional clarity, lightness, or unexpected relief—both physically and internally.
