This 30-minute Functional Nutrition Consultation is a focused conversation to get a clear overview of your current situation, needs, and goals—and to see if we’re the right fit to work together. We’ll start by exploring what’s going on for you right now—whether it’s low energy, digestion issues, inflammation, mood changes, or a desire to simply feel better in your body. You’ll share your priorities, challenges, and what you’ve tried so far. From there, I’ll give you a sense of how I work, my approach to uncovering root causes, and how functional nutrition can support your long-term health and vitality. You’ll have the opportunity to: -Share your health story and goals in a supportive, judgment-free space -Ask questions about my process and approach -Learn about next steps that could help move you toward your desired outcomes -Get a feel for whether working together feels like the right next move for you This is not a coaching session or a full nutrition plan—it’s an introduction and connection point. You’ll leave the call with clarity about your options and whether continuing together makes sense. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first full session and begin tailoring a plan to your body’s unique needs and rhythms. If not, you’ll still leave with greater understanding and a few actionable ideas you can start right away. About Your Practitioner: I’m Jackie, a certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and longtime intuitive bodyworker. My work blends evidence-based nutrition principles with a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom.
